Welcome to “The Legend of Cane Corso”. This site is dedicated to dogs, man's best friend.
My love for dogs inspired my efforts in seeking the "ideal" dog for the family.
The result of my investigation was Cane Corso, an ancient Italian Bull mastiff race.
Cane Corso is considered the ancestor of Pugnas Canis, the old Roman Ìïlossian.
The name is said to have Greek roots (KORTOS = enclose & COHORS = castle Guard) and implies the Guard dog. Further historical investigation on the race showed that Cane Corso is often characterized in the literature as a Legend.
Corso's beauty, strong and balanced character, athletic body and guarding instincts make it the ideal dog for family and training.
Our life with Corso has been an absolute success and we invite you to discover our dogs.
We are in constant cooperation with one of the most known breed kennels in Europe "I Corsi Della Nevaia" which we represent in Greece.
